Welcome to the Donald Ross Landowners Association website! Check this site often for the latest news on what's happening in the area.

Palm Beach Country Estates is a 2000 acre suburban community just west of I-95 off of Donald Ross Road in Palm Beach County. Custom single family homes are situated on a minimum of 1 1/4 acre wooded properties. There are approximately 1500 homes built.

The Landowners Association was formed in 1980 to represent the interests of it's members in the community. It is a voluntary organization with annual dues of $35.

Meetings are held bi-monthly, usually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. A newsletter "Countryside Living" is published and sent out to all residents and landowners.

The Palm Beach Country Estates Park Committee is currently taking bids for the construction of the parking lot at the Palm Beach Country Estates Community Park on 69th Dr.

Any contractor or business who is interested in submitting a bid contact Bob Berman at 627-1118, bobberman@comcast.net or stop by his office on Donald Ross Rd. for the project specifications. All contractors and businesses must be licensed, insured and bonded.

The deadline for bids is March 31, 2010.
